September 17-18, 2011 – Traveling Tea Room at Chase Farm, Lincoln, RI.  The Traveling Tea Room will be open again this weekend in Lincoln, RI at their Civil War Reenactment.  Tea Room will be open from 10-4 each day.  If you are in the area, stop by and enjoy a pot of tea.

September 24, 2011 – Traveling Tea Room at the USS Constitution, Boston, MA.  The Traveling Tea Room will be set up for demonstration this weekend at the USS Constitution Yard Days in Boston, MA (Charlestown Navy Yard).  This demonstration Tea Room will be open from 10-4.  If you are in the area, stop by and sit for a while.

October 30, 2011 – Autumn Festival Tea – Tea & Trinkets, 157 Mansfield Avenue, Unit 6, Norton, MA.  Join us for a delicious taste of autumn as we explore the array of the harvest bounty.  Cost per person will be $20.00.  Kindly make your check payable to Polite Society, P. National/International:

April 9, 2011 through Spring 2013 – The Peacock Room at the Freer Gallery of Art, Washington, DC – The renown Peacock Room has been restored to its former glory and original appearance of 1908. 

September 9-11, 2011 and January 6-8, 2012 – Jane Austen Weekend – Persuasion.  Series 4 - Jane Austen weekends.  A weekend of activities including afternoon tea, discussions, including a talk entitled “Jane Austen’s Royal Navy,” time for music and needlepoint and for the gentlemen there will be skiing and snowshoeing.  You may join those activities you wish or just enjoy the surroundings. 

October 11, 25; November 8, 22, 2011 – Tea Theater at Quechee Library, Quechee, VT.  Enjoy a classic file on the big screen followed by tea and conversation on Tuesdays at 3:00 p.m.
