September 24, 2011 – Traveling Tea Room at the USS Constitution, Boston, MA. The Traveling Tea Room will be set up for demonstration this weekend at the USS Constitution Yard Days in Boston, MA (Charlestown Navy Yard). This demonstration Tea Room will be open from 10-4. April 9, 2011 through Spring 2013 – The Peacock Room at the Freer Gallery of Art, Washington, DC – The renown Peacock Room has been restored to its former glory and original appearance of 1908.
September 9-11, 2011 and January 6-8, 2012 – Jane Austen Weekend – Persuasion. Series 4 - Jane Austen weekends. A weekend of activities including afternoon tea, discussions, including a talk entitled “Jane Austen’s Royal Navy,” time for music and needlepoint and for the gentlemen there will be skiing and snowshoeing. You may join those activities you wish or just enjoy the surroundings.
